JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: South Yorkshire
SALARY: Competitive
OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new-build matters.
• Handle files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Draft and review contracts, title documents and search results.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent residential conveyancing experience).
• Strong technical knowledge in residential conveyancing.
• Confident managing a full caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client focused approach.
• Proactive, organised and detail driven working style.
