Adult Social Worker – Community Team – Portsmouth
Pay rate – £35 per hour
Contract role – 4 days per week.
 
Pertemps are recruiting for Adult Social Workers to join the Community Team in Portsmouth 4 days a week.

• You will be required to undertake Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, implement and review care packages and care home placements.
• Confidence in working with a strengths based approach to practice would be an advantage. 1-1 supervision will be provided as well as peer supervision.  A laptop and mobile phone will also be provided.

There is plenty of hybrid working available
