What You’ll Do:
- Carry out carpentry works within vacant properties, including kitchen fitting, internal door installation, and general carpentry tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team to meet service targets and deadlines.
- Identify and report any additional repair requirements within properties.
- Maintain a professional approach when representing the service on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in carpentry, ideally within housing maintenance or voids work.
- Ability to carry out kitchen installations, door fitting, and general carpentry repairs.
- Strong practical skills with good attention to detail and workmanship standards.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage workloads, and meet deadlines.
- A flexible and reliable approach to work.
Essential Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Signed Confidentiality Agreement.
- Criminal Convictions Declaration.
- Own vehicle (essential for travel between sites).
