Job Description
We’re partnering with a global investment firm who are seeking an exceptional Team Assistant for their Finance and Risk team.
You’ll join a close-knit team of three assistants with a calm, focused and supportive approach. The role offers end-to-end support for Managing Directors and Senior Executives, including managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, meetings across time zones, maintaining internal systems, and assisting with events.
Ideal for someone who values structure, discretion, and building long-term, trusted relationships while enabling senior leaders to perform at their best.
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 3 - 4+ years’ experience as an Assistant within the investment sector, ideally gained in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a similar environment.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
This is a 12-month assignment, 5 days in the office (8:30am - 5:30pm), with strong potential to extend long-term and become an official member of their team.

- Scheduling meetings, meeting rooms and calls with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating international travel
- Processing expenses with accuracy and efficiency
- Updating and maintaining internal office systems (GS Space, RMS, Cyborg)
- Assisting with events
