💷 £26,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
🕒 Full-time | Permanent working either 08.30 – 4.30 pm, or 09.00 – 5.00 pm.

What’s on offer
- Salary of £26,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience).
- Permanent, full-time role
- Working hours: 8.30 - 4.30 or 9 - 5, Monday to Friday
- 28 days’ holiday including Bank Holidays

Your role will include
- Keeping the practice running smoothly and prioritising workloads across the team
- Working with the Accounts system, ensuring compliance and becoming a ‘super user’ to support the rest of the team
- Supporting clients with uploading documents and general queries
- Reception and filing duties
- Supporting with bookkeeping, payroll, and tax administration
About you
- Previous administration experience, within a practice environment (accountancy or legal) is highly desirable
- Competent IT skills and confident using Excel, Xero, Sage, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Naturally organised, detail-focused, and dependable
- A clear communicator who enjoys working with people and happy within a small team
