About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated MOT Tester / Technician to join a growing team in Stourbridge. This is a full-time position focused on the inspection, preparation, and presentation of motorhomes and campervans to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will take real pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to vehicle safety, quality, and presentation. An interest in leisure vehicles and outdoor living would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Carry out MOT tests and mechanical inspections on motorhomes and campervans in line with DVSA regulations
• Prepare vehicles to a high standard for handover, display, and delivery
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), fault finding, and rectification work
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, clean, and presentation-ready
• Accurately complete inspection records and related documentation
• Identify and report mechanical, safety, or cosmetic issues promptly
• Assist with moving and positioning vehicles on site (valid driving licence required)
• Support Aftersales and Sales teams during busy periods, handovers, or events
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop and yard environment
• Consistently deliver vehicles that reflect high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Qualified MOT Tester / Technician
• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to remain calm and positive under pressure
• Strong team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
