Job Description
Media & Entertainment Solicitor (Partner), Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – This is a rare opportunity to become the Media & Entertainment Partner at one of the UK’s fastest growing law firms. JOB REF: 2207.
THE ROLE:
• You’ll join a highly regarded team of lawyers already trusted by leading names across the industry,
• You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload for film, stage and TV actors, producers and production companies, social media influencers and high-profile productions involving complex logistics, stunts and security
• The team regularly handles contract negotiations for actors, distributors and intermediaries, alongside broader advisory work covering production and event agreements, licensing, disputes and financing.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Media & Entertainment Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career
• You’re already working within the Media & Entertainment sector in some capacity.
• You will have experience of advising producers, negotiating influencer agreements, supporting broadcasters or helping creatives protect their IP.
