Commercial Property Solicitor, 2–5 years’ PQE, Wiltshire, £55,000+ (DOE), full time or part time opportunity – A new role for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 2378.

THE ROLE
• This opportunity offers excellent exposure to high-quality matters and the opportunity to develop your career within a firm that genuinely invests in its people.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include Landlord and tenant matters, Acquisitions and disposals and development work
• Actively participating in business development, networking and marketing initiatives to grow your profile and help develop new and existing client relationships

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2–5 years’ PQE
• Technically strong, organised and commercially aware
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Keen to develop your career within a supportive and ambitious team
