Class 2 Driver

Class 2 Driver required in Gloucester, Paying £14.50ph (Plus annual leave estimated £1.72ph - Totaling £16.22ph) to start at 07:00 working Monday to Friday, immediate start available, experienced or new pass drivers welcome. Positions to start in early January 2026. 

We’re currently recruiting for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to join a leading company in the heart of Gloucester. This is a full time temp to perm position for the right candidate. Start times between 04:00-06:00am and finish times are around 17:00pm. No handball deliveries required.

 
The Role:

• Drive a curtain-side rigid vehicle for multi-drop deliveries and collections.

• Complete between 5-15 drops per day

• Complete all delivery notes and paperwork accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

• Available and willing to do double man runs when required

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) driving license.

• CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.

• Maximum of 9 penalty points (minor offences only).

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling when required.

• A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude.

Pay & Benefits:

• £14.50ph + Holiday Pay = £16.22ph Estimated Income

• Weekly or Monthly Pay (PAYE only)
